A cracked or leaking shower is one of those problems you can ignore for a little while - until you really can't. Water gets behind the walls, framing starts to rot, and what could have been a straightforward fix turns into a much bigger job. That's exactly the kind of situation we were dealing with here.

We stripped the old shower down to the studs. Exposed framing, old plumbing rough-in visible at the wall corner, and moisture-damaged backer material that had clearly been taking on water for a while. Not pretty, but it gives us a clean slate to work with. And that's actually the best starting point for a proper, long-lasting shower remodel.

From there, we installed a new shower pan and a full wall surround. The finished result is a clean, white acrylic unit with built-in corner shelving on both sides - functional, low-maintenance, and much easier to keep clean than old tile and grout. The chrome showerhead and valve trim tie it all together with a simple, classic look.

This kind of work is a core part of what we do. Bathroom remodeling isn't just about looks - it's about making sure the plumbing is sound, the structure is protected, and the finished product will hold up for years without constant upkeep. A new shower surround done correctly means no more worrying about water sneaking into places it shouldn't be.

If your shower is cracked, leaking, or just worn out, a full pan and surround replacement is often the most practical and cost-effective path forward. We handle everything from demo to final install, so you're not coordinating between multiple contractors to get it done.
